Content Manager

In the Content Manager, you have access to the web folders of your website. In the single user version, the user can see all of the folders except for the folder where the application resides.

In the multi-user version, the permissions layer will limit which folders a user can see.

Functions available:

a) peruse images;
b) determine size of image;
c) view web pages, PDF document, Word document and Text documents;
d) upload new documents;rename;
e) delete and create new folders.

Because content creation occurs asynchronously from content production, the Content Manager allows you to plan for future content deployment.
